• The firm was founded September 2013 in Savannah, Georgia.  It is owned and managed by Partners Joshua N. McIntosh, MBA and A. Felton Jenkins III, CFA.  The firm manages primarily balanced portfolios (including both equity and fixed income securities) for its clients, which include high-net-worth families and retirement plans, non-profit entities, and for-profit corporations.  Registered with the appropriate regulatory agencies, Trimaran Capital, LLC works with JE Compliance Consulting for our compliance and regulatory filing needs.
• Prior to joining Trimaran Capital, LLC in February 2016, Felton has almost 14 years of investment experience with Minis & Company and 7 years with Weyerhaeuser Company in corporate finance.  He earned his MBA from Yale in 1995 and his B.S. from UGA in 1990.  He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002.  He has served as lead portfolio manager on many institutional and individual accounts beginning in 2002.  He began investing in securities personally in August of 1987, and he has been an active volunteer and supporter of several non-profits and his church over the years.

• Josh, prior to founding Trimaran Capital, LLC in 2013, gained years of investment management experience with Chatham Capital Group and Wells Fargo Advisors.  He earned his MBA from Georgia Southern and his Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Georgia.  Josh & his wife Carolyn (a Partner and CPA at Hancock Askew & Co.) have two sons and have Savannah roots going back several generations.
